CONFIRMED ex officio — Jason Sturdivant is both the sitting Probate Judge (sworn in Jan. 2023) and Commission Chairman, per the county's own official site: "In Choctaw County, the Probate Judge also serves as Chairman of the County Commission." Corroborated by an official Dec. 23, 2024 "Notice of Intent" document listing him as Chairman. Roster: Tony L.
