County Commission (Constitution-based, 7 members)

Governed under a county constitution (adopted 2020) by an expanded 7-member County Commission: Presiding Commissioner, two At-Large Commissioners (Eastern & Western), and four District Commissioners (two Eastern, two Western). Presiding Commissioner: Jerry Nolte. Eastern At-Large: JoAnn Lawson. Western At-Large: Jason Withington. Eastern District: Megan Thompson, Jay Johnson. Western District: Jon Carpenter, Scott Wagner.
