NOT ex officio — peer-elected via an explicit motion and vote (a Nov. 2022 Luverne Journal article describes a motion, seconded by Commissioner Mount, to appoint Charlie Sankey Jr. chair, with all commissioners voting in favor). Still confirmed current as of a May 2024 article; commissioners serve 4-year terms from the Nov. 2022 election, so this roster should remain current through 2026. Probate Judge William "Will" A.
