Unified Government of Greeley County and the City of Tribune (consolidated since January 1, 2009, per K.S.A. 19-212; the City of Horace remains separately incorporated). Governed by a 5-member Board of Supervisors: 2 elected by Tribune residents, 2 by voters outside the city, 1 at-large. Chairman: Steve Mangan. Vice Chairman: Scott Steele.
