Wyoming doesn’t have county-by-county Local Wiki records yet. Here’s a general orientation to how local government works there, and where to look for more.
Counties are governed by an elected Board of County Commissioners (3 members, expanding to 5 in counties over roughly 30,000 people, per Wyo. Stat. §18-3-501) holding both legislative and executive power, with no separate county executive. Other officers — assessor, county clerk — are independently elected and run their own offices outside commission control. Contact the Board of County Commissioners for public meetings and the county clerk for records requests.
