County Board Chair plus appointed County Administrator — the Administrator seat is genuinely VACANT and in active recruitment as of this research. Board Chair: John M. Guarisco (District 9). Vice Chair: Connie M. Seefeldt (District 16). Prior Administrator Kevin Solway (appointed March 19, 2026) resigned unexpectedly around July 2026; the board contracted Public Administration Associates, LLC for a search and authorized the Chair/Vice Chair to identify interim candidates, with no successor confirmed as of early September 2026.
