NOT ex officio — Chairman Carlton Lewis (District 5), elected by fellow commissioners in June 2026, replacing the prior chairman amid a public dispute (the commission majority also stripped Commissioner Turner of financial authority around the same time). Older/cached sources (2024-vintage) naming "Cedric Hudson" as chairman are now OUTDATED. Probate Judge Carlton Hogue is a different person. Roster confirmed: Albert Turner Jr. (D1), Cedric Hudson (D4), Lewis (D5, Chairman) — Districts 2/3 unconfirmed.
