Fiscal Court

Fiscal Court, currently under the Commissioner system. County Judge/Executive: Ray Jones II — independently confirmed. Structure note: Pike County switched from magistrates to commissioners by referendum in 2016, then voters approved returning to magistrates in a 2023 referendum, but that change only takes effect once magistrates elected in November 2026 take office in 2027 — as of this research, the county is still under commissioners. Current commissioner names carry a real conflict between sources not resolved here: the research found Ronnie Robertson, Jason Tackett, and Brian Booth, while an independent check found Ronald Scott, Clinard Adkins, and J.F. Lewis — neither is asserted as definitive.
