County Board Chair & County Administrator

County Board Chairperson plus appointed County Administrator, confirmed via the county's own staff directory. A real, recent transition: Chairperson Russell "Russ" Arcand (District 13) was elected unanimously at the board's April 2026 reorganization meeting, replacing prior chair Jay Luke, who is now 2nd Vice-Chairperson. 1st Vice-Chairperson: John Bonneprise (District 15). County Administrator: Emil "Moe" Norby.
